Delivery Policy
Hard copy items will be delivered within a 7 day timeframe via the email supplied with the payment assuming that all pre-requirements are met by the customer (in the case of membership). A confirmation email for places on events, training courses and mentoring will be given at a timeframe appropriate to the booking and event date. Services will be delivered on the event date.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable except in the case that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or a service otherwise unavailable. UKAWP will give a full refund in this case.

Return / Refund Policy
No refunds or returns are available on UKAWP services.
