Today we’re thrilled to have a date for your wedding planner’s diary if you are based in the Midlands, London or Manchester areas.

 The date is Wednesday 26 September and on that evening our UKAWP Mix and Mingle evening will be held in three fabulous locations.

 What’s it all about?

Many wedding planners will be very familiar with our UKAWP annual social event as we’ve been running it for over 5 years now but if you’ve never attended before here’s what to expect: 

 It’s a friendly, relaxed and social evening where experienced planners get together with newer ones, recent students who may not yet have launched their businesses meet with UKAWP Directors or fellow students.  It’s one big get-together designed to be an end of season celebration full of fun, camaraderie and sharing business advice and support. There are only brief introductory speeches and then it’s pure social time within some beautiful venues.  

 We only plan this once per year and it’s our one social event without a specific training/learning angle.

This year we are lucky to be hosted by the following stunning venues:

In the Midlands –  Stoke Rochford Hall, Grantham,  Lincolnshire, organised by UKAWP member,  Val of  Benessamy

In the North – Great John Street Hotel, Manchester, organised by UKAWP member, Alison of Perfect Ally

In London Quaglino’s Restaurant, Mayfair, London, organised by UKAWP members, Melanie of Cranberry Blue Weddings and Dominique of Stylish Events

Venue showrounds will be conducted by the teams hosting us so it’s a fabulous opportunity to combine two things into one great evening.

Mix & Mingle is open to any wedding planning company or potential wedding planner, member or not but it’s not open to other wedding suppliers – sorry! The evenings start at 6:30pm and finish  at 9:00pm, even if you can only make it for an hour, the directors and members would love to see you there.
