Last year Andri Benson from Always Andri Wedding Design,  coordinated a team of UKAWP member planners to put on an inspirational wedding photo shoot. It was a great opportunity to collaborate together to show how well we could work as a team of wedding planners and to inspire brides with our design ideas.

For the look of the shoot Andri put together a colour palette of teal, dusty aqua, bridal blush, sand dollar, marsala and bitter chocolate with a luxurious, elegant and chic feel.

The venue was the wonderful Fulham Palace, the historic house and gardens in South west London that provided us with the perfect backdrop. Nestled in 13 acres of gardens beside the Thames, the building is a mixture of period styles, a Tudor manor house with Georgian additions; it’s smart, but not pretentious with 4 rooms licensed for ceremonies and a beautiful Victorian chapel on site too. The walled garden has a glass pavilion that’s used for dining and throughout the architecture creates the most stunning backdrops.

Fulham Palace has a number of different spaces you can use for your wedding; for the shoot we used Bishop Terrick’s Drawing and Dining rooms for our ceremony and dining room set ups and the Tudor Courtyard for the mobile bar by Box Seventy Seven.
