Earlier this year Liene from Splendid Insights  started the arduous task of conducting a global survey of couples (heterosexual and same sex) who were married in 2011. A total of 14,372 people took part in this survey from across the world, regions represented include:

It’s all about personality

Whenever we run our courses we tell our students YOU are the business, a couple will hire you because they like you. If you and another planner pitch for the same job the final decision is rarely over your quotation, it’s which planner did they like the most? In this survey a staggering 70% of couples reiterated personality was very important when deciding who to hire.
