It is wonderful that I can introduce you to associate members , Nicole & Charlotte of Nicole & Charlotte Events, who offer wedding planning in Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire. Over to you girls, tell us about yourselves….
Tell us about your journey into weddings?
Charlotte has five years of experience in the event management business, where she took on many challenges including the management and organisation of the World Shakespeare Congress in 2016.
Nicole has a background in fashion design and buying, as well as a degree in Fashion and Contour Design. So she has the creative streak!
We have always loved the wedding industry and knew that it would be a perfect fit for us both. So we signed up to the Business Practicalities course and here we are!
Describe your favourite wedding location (beach / city / country)
We love a country wedding, somewhere surrounded by fields and trees would be perfect!
Ultimate wedding theme you’d love to be a part of
We would love the be a part of a celestial wedding, The idea that the couple’s love is ‘written in the stars’ is beautiful and this would be amazing to translate into the wedding decor.
What 3 words would clients use to describe you?
Organised, happy and honest!
How do you unwind?
We can both agree that a glass of wine and a good film is a great way to unwind!
Best piece of business advice given?
“If it’s meant to be, it will happen” – this is something that our mum has always said and it applies to all aspects of life, but also really works well in business. It’s a nice phrase to think of when we’re waiting to hear back from a potential client, or when thinking about the success of the business in general.

Charlotte is the younger sister but she is 5’9’’, towering over Nicole, who is only 5’3’’.
