How did it all start?

I used to be a sales woman for as long as I can remember. Then my daughter (my second child) came into my life and I decided it was the right time to make a move.

I was searching for something new when I saw an advertisement in a local newspaper for a wedding coordinator/planner.

That was it. I fell in love with the idea and applied for the position. I waited one month and later found out that another lady took the position but decided it was not for her so she left. So, after a month I got the position.

2015 is my fifth wedding season and I am in love with my job.

The company has been doing weddings since 2004.

Do you have a favourite venue?

I love each and every venue with which I work.

 How would clients describe you?

Devoted, accurate, kind, supportive. They usually say ‘thank you for being there from the very beginning til the very end’.

Wedding planner/s you admire?

I really admire Sarah Haywood and her work.

How do you unwind?

By the sea, just looking at it.

What themes are you working on for 2015/16?

Beach Weddings, Chapel Weddings, Estate Weddings and I’m always looking for new places and ideas.

What trends are you seeing?

People are asking more and more for beach weddings.

Whose celebrity wedding (dead or alive) would you love to design?

I wanted Jennifer Aniston’s but it’s too late now!

Is the job as glamorous as you thought?

It is more glamorous than I thought but at the same time needs hard work in order to achieve the  best results.

What is your vice, or perhaps where do you turn to calm down?

A good book or a good friend.
