As some of you know from our recent Annual Members Meeting, over the past 2 years we have awarded five members our ‘Outstanding Contribution’ pins for work they have done for, and to improve, the wedding industry.

During wedding season we don’t see many of our members ‘in the flesh’ but are determined to award them, photograph them and generally embarrass them, in person.

To date we have managed two. Andrea Swift of Fabulous Day was suitably put under the spotlight at a recent training course and had her mugshot in our recent member newsletter.

Today it is the turn of Isabel Smith, of Isabel Smith Wedding Design who won her region’s independent TWIA  award 2012 and successfully launched Wedding Venue Excellence.

Sandy managed to catch Isabel at our recent Diamond Master Class so made sure we got a quick shot.

Tongue in cheek and giggly as this may seem, anyone we award has really gone above and beyond in and for the industry and truly deserves a little bit of recognition – so well done you!
