Wedding Spaces Going Places LIVE event
Part of my role as the head of the UKAWP and Wedding Industry speaker is being asked to present at wedding conferences and seminars. On the 1st May I was honoured to be part of a phenomenal line up of speakers at “Wedding Spaces Going Places” held at Syon Park. The event was organised by dear friend, ex business partner and venue specialist Kelly Chandler Consulting. The event was designed to educate and inspire wedding venues and boy did it deliver. The calibre of venues attending was very high and I was delighted to have the chance to connect with many on the day. I gave a presentation on the power of working with wedding planners.

After lots of questions from the venue owners I was delighted to announce the new venue membership at the UKAWP, which I launched at this event. Some amazing venues have joined and will be seen on our website any day now. Venue Membership is open to wedding venues who have been in business for a minimum of 12 months and who abide by our Code of Business Practice. We then headed to the Syon Park marquee for a gorgeous lunch, I sadly then had to depart and head back to Essex so did miss the afternoon talks.
