We greatly appreciated your personal touch throughout our planning process. You were always responsive and available and made sure that you got back to us, even if that meant later at night. It was not difficult to get a hold of you when needed and I think this is something that's really important in the role - it gave us a lot of confidence and relief to know that if we needed you, we could get a hold of you. You were very personable and light hearted, which helped relieve a lot of the pressure when we were feeling stressed about our plans. Our wedding had to be postponed for two months due to COVID and you called us straight away when we let you know. You encouraged us and supported us through those unplanned changes and ensured the suppliers you were managing had the required updates. You ensured they were able to move the date for us at no extra cost - it was great to know you had all those bits taken care of. Moreover, we thought you were able to source some good deals and the prices confirmed were good value. Before sourcing those though, you took time to sit down with us and understand what we wanted and the "vibe" we were going for. When you came back to us with some ideas you were great at taking on our feedback to continue searching. Execution on the day was also good and we highly valued your support in setting up Porta while we were at the ceremony and setting up the church while we were at Porta.
