Today we want to thank Zsofia Jamieson of Blue Ribbon Company for her excellent presentation at Wedding Planning Excellence 2015.

Zsofia’s talk was entitled ‘Coddling those clients: Improving your clients’ experience through upping your customer service game’.

We learned lots about what the luxury customer is looking for and the details that add up to a truly outstanding relationship with clients, leading to shining praise and a reputation for excellence.

It was lovely to be reminded of lots of hints and tips and to learn some new ones and how to bring the whole process, relationship and customer experience together.
