One of the many ways for wedding planners to raise their profile in the industry is to organise inspiration shoots. If you are fairly new to the industry, photo-shoots are also a good way to build a portfolio of beautiful imagery showcasing your work as a wedding stylist. However, knowing where to start, how to build a team of suppliers and how to leverage these collaborations to grow your business is not always straightforward.

At this year’s Wedding Planning Excellence (WPE) we have enlisted the help of Andri Benson, Always Andri Wedding Design, wedding planner and regional ambassador for the UKAWP. Andri has built a strong reputation as a planner and stylist and has seen her work featured on several blogs and magazines.

Drawing from her own experience as a successful stylist, on day 1 of WPE Andri will hold a session dedicated to planners in the early stages of their career, to give them useful pointers on how to go about organising photo-shoots that they can leverage to grow their business.
