Running your own business is no mean feat. Most days you find yourself wearing all sorts of different hats and juggling tasks that most companies entrust to specialist managers: from making executive decisions for your business, to handling marketing, financial management, admin, planning your clients’ events, in addition to running your own home, being a wife and/or a mother. Sometimes you manage to squeeze it all in effortlessly. Other times you feel overwhelmed – you look at your colleagues’ beautifully curated Instagram accounts and you cannot help but wonder: “How does everybody else achieve more than me?”

At this year’s Wedding Planning Excellence (WPE) she will be talking on “The same 24 hours in a day as everybody else:  Scheduling your time like a boss,” teaching us how to be more productive with our time by using systems, templates and a default diary to help us prioritise between business tasks, client work and our other commitments.
